Today when Jake came home from work I was sitting on the couch feeding Makailey. He sat down and took off his work boots and we talked about our days. Suddenly, Makailey started to cry. I lifted her to my shoulder thinking that she needed to burp, she just cried harder. Jake came over to see if He could help, when Makailey saw him She instantly stopped crying and got the BIGGEST smile! Her whole face lit up! It was such a precious moment! She is a daddy's girl, that is for certain! I am so thankful for these little moments with both of them. Being a Mom is so rewarding!
